I was off work for the past two weeks because my dad passed away. First week I spent in Delaware for the funeral and the second week I spent trying to get my head right. I think I'm good now. Slowly getting back into the flow of doing my art thing. Feels good. My dad was my biggest supporter when it came to my art. Gonna miss the hell out of him. It gives me more fuel for the fire to make sure I try to make art my full-time career. It isn't much but I did 2 Iron Man 2 sketch cards today. I'll do more Boo-Jee Grrl! character designs soon. I really really really REALLY wanna get that comic started. Distractions fuck me up bad though. I gotta keep them away. It's hard, especially with all that's been going on lately. So yeah...how's everyone else doing artistically? Has this been a difficult year for you too? I think everyone I know has been having troubles in 2009. Don't worry, 2010 is right around the corner. Let's hope it gets better dammit!
